Cookies and local storage
We use essential storage for access and requested features. Optional Klaviyo marketing tracking only loads after you allow it.
Language
The grafiks-language and grafiks-admin-language cookies remember your language preferences for one year. The grafiks-market cookie remembers the country selected through a regional URL for one year, including when you enter your studio. Changing language does not change that country. These preferences do not activate pricing or subscriptions.
Signing in
Supabase uses authentication cookies to maintain and refresh your account session. Their names usually start with sb- and may be split into chunks. Their duration depends on the current session configuration. Signing out removes the session from this browser.
Favorites and drafts
Wishlist items saved while signed in are stored privately in your account and sync across devices. Guest saves, editor drafts and design previews use browser storage. You can add guest saves to your account from Wishlist and remove account saves with the bookmark button.
You can remove them through your browser’s site data controls. Clearing storage removes local drafts; export anything you want to keep first.
External services
Images are served by Shopify’s CDN. Authentication and hosting require connections to Supabase and Vercel. Stripe’s portal and the Grafiksbox store may use their own storage and provide additional information.
With permission, Google Analytics measures aggregated visits to Grafiks+ Web and Studio. It receives generic page paths, without email addresses, private IDs, query strings or signed links. Admin and sign-in pages are excluded. The _ga and _ga_* cookies identify a browser. Klaviyo (Grafiksbox) may associate browsing with your verified account email; __kla_id identifies the browser and __kla_off records the opt-out. This does not subscribe you to emails. Your choice is stored in grafiksplus-marketing-consent-v2; you can change it from Cookie preferences.
How to manage storage
Change or withdraw tracking permission using Tracking preferences in the footer or My Studio account menu. Declining leaves sign-in and tools available. You can also delete site data in your browser. Questions: [email protected].
