Grafiks+ terms

Service and account

Grafiks+ brings together resources and tools for artists and producers. Public catalog access does not require an account. Downloads and private features require identification and the permissions covered by your contract.

You must provide accurate details, keep your account confidential and use the service lawfully. Sharing credentials to bypass license terms or attempting to access other users’ information is prohibited.

New subscription and billing

Final prices for the new plan have not been set. USD is the reference currency; regional pricing will be announced before purchase.

Existing subscriptions keep their terms. Migration to a new plan must disclose the price, access and treatment of credits before acceptance. Stripe remains the subscription payment processor.

Credits, downloads and add-ons

The new service will use credits. Allocation per plan, expiry, rollover and per-action costs are not final; no implicit amounts will apply. Each operation must show its cost before confirmation.

The proposal allows cover file downloads, team editing requests or AI editing. AI editing will add one credit to the base action cost when available. For members, team editing will be billed for listed add-ons without charging the base cover price again; amounts and any discounts will be shown in the order.

Demo drafts and orders do not use real credits, start team work or constitute a purchase.

Resource licenses

The specific license for each cover, beat, stem and plugin will be presented before download or purchase. As a planned V2 principle, access to a resource does not transfer its intellectual property or permit redistribution of the source file as a separate product.

Exclusivity of a cover or beat is not assumed. Permission for commercial releases, modifications, number of projects and use after a subscription ends must be defined in the corresponding license. Previous purchases retain their license terms.

You must hold the rights to text, photos, logos, music and other materials you supply. Do not use content that infringes third-party rights.

Permitted use and resale ban

Covers, beats, stems, templates, plugins and any file obtained or created with Grafiks+ tools are licensed solely to the account holder, for use as an artist on their own music releases or on releases where they are credited as an artist or collaborator (feature, co-production, band or own project).

You may share the files with the people working with you on that release (other credited artists, producer, manager, label or distributor) only to prepare and publish it. Sharing does not transfer the licence or allow third parties to use the resource in other projects.

The following are expressly prohibited: (a) reselling, sublicensing, renting, assigning or transferring any resource or file, edited or unedited; (b) offering design, editing or custom cover services to third parties using Grafiks+ resources or tools — for example, a designer delivering a cover made with Grafiks+ to another artist; (c) acting as an intermediary, obtaining a cover to deliver or sell it to an artist who is not the account holder; (d) republishing or redistributing the resources on other sites, marketplaces, stock libraries, packs or templates, free or paid; (e) using the resources to train artificial intelligence models or to build products that compete with Grafiks+.

Each account belongs to a single artist or music project. Using the service on behalf of other artists, for example as an agency, label or designer, requires prior written permission from SOV Global Ventures S.L.

We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that a release is yours, such as a link to the release or to your artist profile.

Any breach immediately revokes the licence for the affected resources and may lead to suspension or closure of the account, as well as any action available for infringement of intellectual property, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

Editing, delivery and AI

Each project’s scope, formats, revisions, deadline and price will be confirmed when requested. Delivery will be linked to your account, with notification when available.

AI editing is still a preview. The provider and treatment of materials will be disclosed before activation. Generated results must be reviewed before publication; exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights is not guaranteed. Generation errors and their credit treatment must be shown in the purchase flow.

Plugins and offline use

The planned architecture links each plugin to your account and an eligible subscription. A signed offline permission of up to seven days from successful validation is planned. Final device limits and behavior after a subscription ends will be stated in the plugin license.

Displayed plugins are concepts. No installers are offered, and no compatibility with unverified systems or formats is claimed.

Cancellation, pauses and consumer rights

Cancellation and pause flows must disclose the effective date and impact on access, credits and projects before confirmation. A pause is not assumed to be the same as cancellation. Current accounts can request help at [email protected].

Applicable legal rights of withdrawal, conformity and refund are respected. Delivery of digital content does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal: any exception must meet applicable legal requirements. There is no general waiver of these rights.

For issues, identify your account and order when contacting us. These terms do not limit mandatory rights or the jurisdiction applicable to consumers.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, improve tools and maintain the service. Material changes to terms must be communicated before taking effect where legally required. Final prices or credit rules will not be activated from a visual simulation.
